VW Cabriolet 1993 electrical, blower and lights remain on all the time

Hello. my car has leak and does not enjoy the pacific nw : ) so the passenger side got flooded took 5 days to dry out fully after using hairdryer under seat. there is after market cross over speaker wires under the seat. then took drive parked over night and dead battery. got it jumped then noticed after getting home radiator blower fan would not shut off. had to remove blower fuse it gave spark when removing. then noticed all driving light remained on too as well as lights for license plate too. so have to pull tghose fuses too or drain battery. help please
