I just had my heater core replaced. The car lost the antifreeze into the car on the driver side floor. I wet vacuumed first ,then put water in to the rug and repeated about 5 times. I still have the smell, and its taking a long time to dry? We have a dry climate here. What shall I do? Thanks BC
This isn’t easy stuff to get out. You might need to have a good auto interior detail shop get it out. Lots of steam vac will do it.
Try baking soda. It will soak up the anti freeze and take out the stink. Let it sit a couple days and then vacuum it up. You may have to put it under the carpet too.
