I purchased a new Volvo C70 (hardtop convertible) last March. It is now in the shop for the third time because of the same A/C problem! It works OK for a couple of months and then it starts pumping hot air into the driver’s side and cool air into the passenger side when we call for A/C. It does it all the time after the problem begins. They have replaced some heating module twice to try to eliminate the problem. I cannot find any indication on the net that of others having this problem and the dealer says they do not know of it occurring in other cars. Is it time to invoke a lemon law?
