My car shakes/virates when I turn into a parking space–going slowly.There is also a noise like a groan.It’s only with the left hand turn.
First think I’d check is make sure your lug nuts are tight, particularly on the front wheels. Then turn the wheel all the way left and check the wheel wells and see if the tire is rubbing anything.
