my car vibrates only when you first push on the gas, then eases off once you reach your speed limit then let off the gas, but will vibrate again if you push on the gas again to speed up. husband checked cv joints, said they looked ok, wants to wait till it gets worse to do anything else, but i say it has to be hard on the tires. help!
It is most likely your CV joints. Just because the boots aren’t torn doesn’t mean they are ok.
Does the vibration or noise seem worse when turning left or right at around 35-40 mph? If you only experience this on accel then you might be sure to tune the engine and check the engine mounts.
