2 Volvo S80s both infested with Mickey et al. We traded the first one in to the dealer who had sold it to us for the '04 we now have. 2 wekks ago we detected that unmistakable aroma of corpus mouses. WHEW!! We brought it to the local Volvo dealer here in RI and it now looks like a bomb has gone off in the passanger compartment. Literally everything has been ripped out no mouse found yet the stench persists. Insurance has agreed to cover replacement of all parts with OEM materials and to have it treated with an ozone machine for 3 days. 1) Should we believe dealer that vehicle will be in the same condition it was in when we brought the s80 to them and 2) does this ozone process work?
