Well, it depends on what specific part you’re looking for, but probably not. Up until recently, Saturn wasn’t generally part of GM’s usual rebadging practices so it’s not a situation in which, for example, most parts interchange between a Buick Century, Chevy Celebrity, Pontiac 6000, etc. Most Saturn models are going to be mostly unique.
When you go to a salvage yard looking for parts, it is THEY who have the cross reference to which you refer.
Saturn was lauched as a stand-alone division, and even their engine was a unique design. Agree that a parts yard might have a cross reference list of such parts that may have come out of the Delco bins. GM dealers don’t want to have anything to do with Saturns, as a rule.
