Hi, I am having trouble getting my car unlocked sometimes. It has happened twice now. I lock the doors using the key remote, but when I return, the key won’t unlock it (indeed, none of the key functions work). The first time it happened, I used my spare key, which had no problem opening it, and afterwords, the original key worked fine. The second time, the doors somehow became locked while the car was running. In that instance, the spare key did not work and I had to call AAA. Once they got me in, everything worked fine.
A couple of notes. First, I can only use the key remote to get into my car, because I do not have a cut key at this time. Second, I know for a fact that the batteries in the keys had plenty of juice.
