I have a 5 speed Mazda tribute 2001 that stall during the summer months. I have had this problem for over three years and have taken it to a few mechanics with no results. WHen I drive the car for 15 or twenty minutes in town or highway the car stalls when I stop or just take my foot off the gas pedal. When it stalls I have to wait 30 to 50 minutes before I can start the car again. during the cooler days I have no problem with the car at all. I don’t drive the car during the summer months anymore!
Now that winter has arrived you ask about a summer problem. Interesting.
You need a better mechanic.
