Where can I find the Trailer Wiring Access
Location on a 2005 Chev Uplander Lloyd
I would think it would be mentioned in the Owner’s Manual.
I can not find anything except in the Hanes Manual shows wires cut and taped.
If there isn’t a factory connection provided I guess you will have to make your own splices into the wiring.
The dealer parts department may be able to help you. They have drawings, in the computer, of everything on the truck. They may run you a copy if you ask.
Most of these newer trucks have modules you can buy that will plug into the wiring harness to tap the trailer wiring. This prevents you from having to cut the factory wiring, and possibly creating a problem. Check with the dealer for these “T-Connectors”.
