All kidding aside, you need to give us a little more to work with. What, exactly, is the problem? No heat at all from either seat? One seat works but the other doesn’t? Etc., etc.

Jeez! The next thing we know, you will be expecting people to mention how many miles are on the odometer, the model year of the vehicle, the service history of the vehicle, etc.
