why does my 2000 automatic camry vibrate violantly at 60 mph. if i completely stop and start again, it goes away.

This car can have a bad tire ( Can you notice the car wiggling a little even a parking lot speed ? )
Also, this car could have a major suspension and / or steering component getting ready to let go causing loss of control and quite possibly damge and bodily harm.
Get it inspected before driving it.
