2006 Highlander Hybrid driver side low beam headlight burned out (Hi beam works). Is this complicated-should I take to dealer-how much cost at dealer? Thanks
It isn’t necessary to take it to a dealer. It isn’t complicated to do, but if you don’t feel confident about changing it yourself, any shop would be willing to do it for you.
It probably just needs a new bulb. Many auto parts stores will install bulbs purchased there for free.
The owner’s manual may have instructions and diagrams for bulb replacement. Many people put this in the DIY category.
Ignore all of the above if this vehicle has HID headlights. If that’s the case you may want to have someone else handle it.
