Is it difficult to remove the dash from a 2001 Chrysler T&C? I need to replace the fan speed resistor on the front blower.

You don’t have to remove the dash to replace the resistor. Just the glove box.

Open the glove box, and reach inside and pull the sides of the glove box inward so the rubber stops clear the opening and let the glove box hang down. You’ll see the resistor mounted to the blower housing with two screws.
