Tire pressure, Airbag off, seatbelt signs all on and FOB key not working

I have a Toyota RAV4 2013 AWD and I’m reaching out to ask about this issue I’m experiencing in the dashboard with the following:

  • Tire pressure sign on

  • Airbag off sign on

  • Seat belt sign on

And the FOB key is no longer functioning to lock and unlock the car. Just using the physical key to open the car and also have to get the FOB key on the Start Engine Push Botton to start the car.

All happened after this incident where the car engine failed to start up and first time. Did jump start it and after second stop did fail again to start then I did jump it again and started and turned off failed and accidentally :fire: and for two three seconds mixed the terminals positive and negative :man_facepalming:.

I could manage to tow it and take it to a friend auto repair shop. He changed the main fuse as It got burned out and the battery as I needed new battery now the car starts as I stated above but all those three lights are on and FOB key not working.

Any help or assistance of any kind would be appreciated to understand what’s going on and how potentially repair the issue with estimated cost. Thanks!
