2006 Honda CRV, throttle by wire. How can you get the throttle plate open to clean the throttle body etc. Thanks in advance. Honda Bill.
The throttle plate can be opened simply by pushing on it. Then after cleaning push the throttle plate closed.

Yep, pull the duct work off, push it open and clean it making sure you clean the edges of the plate and the inside of the bore where the plate rests at. These are the most important places to keep clean.
