Throttle Issue After Cleaning Throttle Body?

So I cleaned the throttle body on my 2007 Chevy Impala LS the other day and since then I’ve had a very strange throttle issue. As I describe in the attached video, whenever I press the accelerator pedal or let the car “creep” past approximately 5 MPH, the throttle rolls on a bit and I can’t figure out why. I just replaced the TPS sensor so I am certain it is not that. Beginning to wonder if it’s the APPS? For those wondering, I DID do the throttle relearn procedure GM recommends, but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated! I also attached the video mentioned as well as pic of the throttle body before and after cleaning. Please take a look at those too as they might give you more context as to where the problem lies. Thanks!!

Did you push the throttle plate open manually to clean it?

Yes.

Then watch this, and learn.

Yeah, you can’t push open the throttle on an electronic throttle body. Bad stuff happens. Plastic drive gears break/skip, things get out of whack. A new throttle body is often the solution.

Turn on ignition and put a weight on gas pedal?
