I thought of the on star thing, that would work, another idea was to enable gps on the cellphone but there is no way of knowing i the cellphone was gps capable. Looking forward to the answer. I do not see it on the site but if I recall correctly it was 911 asked him to do one thing. How about lay down in the road?
