I have a 2002 Monte Carlo and when putting gas into the car it takes forever. There appears to be some restriction inside the system. I have tried everything i.e. took car to mechanic, pulled back handle to gas pump to no avail. It is a time consuming process just to put gas into the car and should not be. Please help.
Some fuel filler necks are small to begin with which makes fueling difficult. Make sure your filler neck is not kinked or bent. Make sure the flap inside the neck is still there.
