Lately I have noticed that on several occasions, while driving, my car just died all on a sudden. Everything shuts down, I can barely steer the car to the side to avoid getting hit from the rear. I have to start the engine and the car would run fine. Other times I have noticed that for an instance all my gauges, would go to ‘zero’ as if there was a sudden electrical shutdown. Any idea if these two are related and what might be causing this?
You have a fuse box next to the battery. I’d check the main fuse for a hairline crack, maybe replace it anyway and see if that helps. It could also be dues to a loose battery connection.
