Hi: My Taurus turns very stiffly. I had the power steering pump and rack and pinion suspension replaced. It steers a little better now, but the power steering hums in neutral and at lower speeds. The humming increases when I turn. Any advice?
Check the power steering fluid level and make sure it’s topped off properly.
