Lately my car stalled a few times especially when turning a rt. corner. I’ve been told it’s because the gas tank has been on almost empty. So I filled it up and it still happened. In addition, when I go about 30-40 mph, and push the accelerator, I hear a drumming noise and the car has trouble going and feels like it’s going to die but doesn’t. It’s like when you go up a hill. I can’t figure out this noise when I push on the accelerator though. It doesn’t happen regularly and never at high speeds, only low.
My car is a '93 Mazda 626 with 128k miles.
