Upon replacing the instrument cluster, passenger side airbag had to be disconnected, SRS light stays lit. Have checked the Mitchell repair manual at the local library and it says to clean memory, but it does not say how. Does anyone know that can help me please?

Before you clear the memory, you should reconnect the airbag. If not, the light will stay lit. Try this from a Volvo forum:"Press and hold odometer reset button. Turn ign key to “run” position. After SRS light flashes release button. Turn off ign then back on to confirm reset. "

I have reconnected A/B and even got the dash back together. I will try your suggestion.
