I experienced a rotational squeal in the right front tire when the temperature is 10 or below. It goes away as it warms up, but it has always been there. It has been looked at by mechanics and dealers and no one has come up with an answer to the problem. It is a 1994 Toyata Tacoma pickup.
You didn’t mention if it is 2WD or 4WD, but it is most likely the wheel bearing.
