My car is making a high pitched squeaky noise under the hood when I start the car. It is particularly loud when it is cold outside. The noise comes and goes for about 10 minutes after I start the car and then goes away. It doesn’t matter if the car is in park, moving, or stopped. I have taken it to the dealership 3 times. They have replaced some of the belts, but can’t identify another problem.
What year is the Civic, and how many miles on the odometer?
Which belts did the dealer replace?
My guess is the car does not make the noise when the dealer has it? If so you could try leaving it there overnight, then it may squeak for them in the morning.
