Silverado not so cooperado lately

Good day fellow enthusiasts!

Two things regarding my 2007 new design 1500 V8 5.3 Ext. Cab. / 80,000 miles

  1. Every two to three weeks now I get the low pressure icon on my dashboard for different tires each time and I have to keep adding air.

  2. I think I remember when it happened about a month ago. A speed bump caught me by surprise coming round a turn and I slowed down as fast as I could, but maybe a bit still to fast for it. Since then when I’m driving and the weight pitches down on dips and some changes in surface, it makes a noticeable click to clunk sound from somewhere on the suspension I’m guessing.

Help on both questions please! Thank you

4x4 or 4x2?

  1. You put in air? Then you have a leak. Tire shop should be able to find it.
  2. May be related to one, you may have damaged the suspension, have the tire shop take a look, or your trusted mechanic.
  1. Rim leak. Put some Fix a Flat in it.
  2. Damaged steering tie rod end or lower control arm ball joint from speed bump. If you were turning left when you hit the bump check the right side, or visa versa.
