It looks like the scraped area is black. I would abraded the area without paint and paint it with a black primer that contains a conversion coating. If that looks good enough, leave it. Otherwise, overcoat with a suitable black paint. Rustoleum offers a primer with integral conversion coating. You might try that. Others might prefer similar paints from other manufacturers.
Respectfully, it’s tough to tell from that photo. I can’t tell if the materials are metal, plastic, rubber, or a combination, and without something to reference it to it’s impossible to guess the size or visibility. Is it 2" wide or 1/16" wide?
