The handiest tool for replacing the schrader valve is a refrigerant recycling machine.
The tools in the link appear to be standard AC fittings, not the R134 type. And they seem to be used to speed up forcing refrigerant into a system by pulling the valve out of the fitting to make the charge and re-installing that same core when the charge is complete.
