My air conditioning works however the air comes out of the defroster vents and NOT from the vents facing you on the dashboard. It also does come out of the backseat vents.
Any ideas as to why the front vents are not opening?
Incidentally my windshield washer stopped working but I don’t know if this is related.
I assume this car has climate control, which means electrical control of the flaps that control airflow. My older 9000 has had problems with the connectors on the relay modules which cause (other) malfunctions that are similar to this: headlights, caution lights, etc. You might want to search on http://www.saabnet.com/tsn/bb/9-5/ for clues
