I have a 2000 Saab 9-5 Aero (V4 turbo). I hear a snapping sound when I make a sharp right turn. It seems to be coming from under my feet area. I do not hear it at all the right turns. I do not hear it during left turns. Any idea what could be the cause of this?
The likely culprit is your CV Joint is going or nearly gone.
I agree that the CV joint is the likely culprit. Incidentally, you have an extremely valuable car, as it is apparently the only 2000 Saab that came equipped with a V-4 engine!

(In reality, it is an I-4, meaning that the cylinders are arranged vertically, in a straight line, rather than in a V-format. I just thought that you might like to know this.)
