I have a toyota suv 2013. I am fairly happy with the vehicle but would like to know if the seats can be replaced with something more comfortable?
They can but replacements would not have side airbags in them so I do not recommend it.
You can take it to an auto upholstery shop and explain what is not comfortable and maybe the upholsterer can add extra padding or support under the factory covers.

If the seating portion you could try gel or memory foam cushions, might/might not help. If it is the seat back, is there an adjustable lumbar support?
