Does anyknow where I can get instructions on how to take off the head light case on my Ford…they are old and not clear anymore?? I want to replace them.

Have you considered “repairing” them? The auto parts store can sell you a kit or just use the convertible window restorer. It will not last as long as new, but a lot of people have had good luck with them. Some people have even used tooth paste with fair results.
Time to write to your political representatives and tell them you want the good old cheap long lasting easily serviced sealed beams. This is a safety issue because unlike you many drivers don’t even know they have less light and would not fix it if they did.
Two big u-clips that pry up from the top, right at the leading edge of the grille support. Then the lamp pulls forward.
