Not really a question, but I wanted to let you know. There is a recall for Cobalt, HHR and other GM power steering sensors. This recall includes Saturns. If your car has less than 100K miles, it will be covered by warranty. My p.s. light came on. The manual said to take it to the dealer. There I was pleasantly surprised to find that the repair was at no cost to me.
Thank You for letting readers know about this. Some people don’t have any other source of automotive “news”. I ask if you are sure this is a recall (this means related to safety most of the time). If it is a recall there will be an effort to notify owners, still your effort is appreciated.
There is no recall for a power steering sensor for any year Saturn Ion in the US DoT database. That means there is no recall.
