have a 200 Tiburon… Power locks on driver side door is meesed up and cant open door from inside the vehicle. Cant locate a part in which would solve this problem. What should I be looking for?

I would suggest that it is likely a broken wire where the wires run between the door frame and the door.
what about the fact that you can hear the motor or whatever it is inside the door making like a grinding sound or mechanical failure sounding sound… what part would that be? tried to troubleshoot by looking up power lock parts but cant find anything on it.
