Hi,
I have an '05 Pontiac Vibe with 38k miles. When the weather started getting cold (40’s), I noticed a ‘squeeking’ sound when I let the pedal out. This sound diminishes when it is warmer outside (50-60’s). Do you think I just need to lubricate it somewhere, or might it be something more serious?
Thanks,
Jkm
My old pickup did that every few years too. It may just need a drop of oil where the clutch pedal lever pivots. Those pivots can get crapped up from your shoes and need a drop of oil now and then.
