First clear the cache and restart, then download and install browser updates or Windows updates, then upgrade the computer if it still doesn’t work.

@Knmichael91. Please remove your phone number from your profile. It’s not a good idea in this day and age. You still don’t have enough information to diagnose your problem. You need to fix your browser problem first. Which browser are you using? Are you on a PC or tablet/cell phone?
