Recently I brought-in my 2005 Buick for the usual inspection with emissions test exemption. The car is about 4 years old and the total millage is about 15,000.
The inspector told me that the state of Pa. requires that 365 days or more elapse between the last inspection and the current inspection in order to qualify for the emissions test exemption.
