After an oil change, I noticed a few drops of oil on my garage floor.

I noticed this last time after an oil change and it disappeared after a couple of weeks and the oil level was fine at this oil change. I wonder what the problem is

You might not have changed the crush gasket on the oil drain bolt.
You might have not properly torqued down the oil filter cap.
You might have spilled some oil during the oil filter change, and not cleaned it up.

If I recall correctly your vehicle has a plastic splash guard that bolts beneath the engine, this gets easily covered in oil and is hard to clean up and for a while after the change that spilled oil can drip down.
