Okay, after tons of trouble shooting, we are still stumped. My 2002 Trailblazer has running lights and High beams only. Everything is operable, relays, etc. The switch it is shared with (wiper fluid) works and everything has been checked for power. Still nothing. We replaced the bulbs just in case. Still nothing. HELP. No one can figure this out. Anybody??
I’ve had this problem on cars and it was the dimmer switch. Start by checking with a voltmeter at the bulb socket. Probe the socket so that you can establish that there is no voltage on the low beam side. Work your way back from this point.
