The low beam lights will not come on. Brights operate fine. I replaced the dimmed switch, head light switch & checked breakers & fuses.

By ‘dimmed switch’ you mean the multi-function switch? Turn signal lever?
Yes: I mean the (Turn signal lever)
Maybe it’s time to change the bulbs unless you just forgot to mention that you did already. Did you check for voltage at the connector to the headlights? That should have been the first step.
Have you checked the ground points?
There also may be a faulty headlight relay.
