my daughter has a '95 volvo 850 - 5 speed. when she turns on car the fan goes on briefly then stops. can’t get the fan to go back on. so she has no fan or air conditioning. is this a serious problem?? she doesn’t think so. the defrost won’t even work without the fan, right???
Correct, she has no defroat.
I’m betting the fan motor is binding.
