Nissan Maxima shakes at high speeds

I have a 2006 nissan maxima with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car begins to shake at speeds over 55mph. The shaking immediately stops if you take your foot off the gas pedal. Any suggestions appreciated.

steering wheel shakes a little but not much. Most of the shaking seems to be in front of car on passenger side. No lights ever come on or blink. I’ve scanned codes at local parts store with no error codes showing.

This points to a worn inner CV joint on one of the axles.
