If the show is a cartoon, you should call it “The Simpletons” with no disparagement meant to Bart Simpson’s good name.

But if the show will be more like your radio show, then I suggest “Car-isma” [sounds like “Charisma”]

Hi all! New to the site, and had a suggestion for the show. How about “Car-Gazing”? It seems so obvious, I’m sure somebody else must have thought of it, but I didn’t feel like searching through 3000 posts just to see. So, that’s my suggestion. Either that or something really over the top like “The Show Where Click and Clack and Their Assorted Cronies, Associates and Hangers-on Attempt (and Sometimes Succeed)Repairing All Manner of Automotive Quandries While Getting Involved in Many Other Wacky Situations and Assorted Zanyness”. Think I spelled “zanyness” wrong. Ah well. There are my suggestions. If either sounds good, I call dibs on the cameo!
