The trunk was released while doing 65 miles. I think I was changing the station on the radio! I noticed that the power assisting door/trunk closing system failed few hours later that day. I removed the fuse # 9 and puged it again and every thing was fine. Door closing system failed again today and it is back after re-pluging the fuse again. Is it a short or what?

If it were a short I would think the fuse would be blown. According to your post you are just pulling a fuse and replugging it again, therefore you are resetting the computer until the fault happens again.
My guess is there is a bad ground to the trunk closure motor and the reverse switch isn’t activating. JMHO though.
