I think the ads are targeted to particular users so you might get different ads than I do. You might be getting the Rush ads because you looked up something and it made some ad company think you might be a good target for that ad.
I looked up a new set of sprockets for my motorcycle and when I played online Sudoku, there were sprocket and chain ads on the sidebar.
Here’s one.

When I was maybe 20, the Farm Bureau insurance guy came to try to sell me life insurance. He was the same guy who sold us car insurance, I think, not sure after 55 years.
I told him I would be glad to buy insurance, but had no job to pay for it. He asked if I had a job, did I want the insurance. I told him, of course.
A few weeks later, a man called offering me work on his fly-by-night roofing business. FB guy had mentioned I was looking for work. I worked there all summer. Late summer, the son of the FB insurance guy worked with us for a while.
I kept that life insurance until it matured, and I don’t remember what age that was. Then, I took the cash. It was a $5000 policy, but over the years it ended up being well over $10,000.
My wife’s policy still keeps increasing in value, so at 75, she still keeps paying each year.
If that FB guy saw how I was driving at that time, I wonder if they would have sent me a cancellation notice.
