anyone have this problem. I’m still under warranty but I wonder if there’s any tricks out there for this. It’s not a problem with my car, since my repair shop had no trouble erasing the codes. (PO 420) Since I’ve had the tool, it’s worked only twice. I follow all the directions, and when it doesn’t work I cancel the erase request as instructed, then do it again. Never works.
If your repair shop can do it, the code checker you have is faulty. Return it.
