Low beam 2004 grand prix

low beam on passenger side does not work.replaced bulb, still does not work. took out working bulb from drivers side,does not work.

Check fuse #4, 10 amp right side low beam.

left cover of fuse box at home. I did pull all the 10 amp fuses, they were all ok, Thank You

I checked under the hood for that fuse box. #4 10 amp was blown. I SAW THE LIGHT!
