So I took my 1999 Buick Century into the dealer early this year for a new water pump (#2) and intake manifold gasket. Ever since I got it back, I have burnt out 3 front turn signals…one right and two left. They stopped working, then started again.
Now they are both burned out. Could it be something the dealer did?

Nothing the dealer did could cause the lights to go out like that as far as I can see. If you are using a particular brand of bulb I suggest you try a different one to see if that helps cut the failure rate.
You stated that they stopped working and then started again so that sounds like a loose connection somewhere. It is possible that the work could have cause that kind of thing to happen.
