Location of Evap vent valve on 2000 Toyota

Can someone tell me where the CCV and its VSV are located on my 2000 toyota Celica?
Is the CCV also called the Evap vent valve?

Usually, on top of the carbon canister…These are usually located in the engine compartment in the R/F quadrant…But sometimes they hide them between the inner and outer fenders…

There are three vacuum switching valves, the canister closed valve is near the air cleaner.

Thanks guys. With your help I’ll get this thing figured out yet!
