Leaking torque converter seal Volvo XC90

Replaced the seal 3 times now and it continues to leak! Help…

  1. Seal being installed incorrectly
  2. Torque converter being installed incorrectly and damaging seal.
  3. Torque converter shaft that goes into seal worn, and torque converter needs replaced
  4. It’s not the seal that’s leaking.

The seal was not leaking until he replaced it. He was replacing rear main engine seal due to leak and replaced the torque converter seal as a preventative measure since he was in there.
